Nineteenth May, Mohali is hiring a Guest Relations & Event Sales Executive to handle restaurant, catering and event enquiries and convert suitable leads into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to calls, WhatsApp, website enquiries and walk-in clients.

• Understand the client’s occasion, guest count, budget and service requirements.

• Present venue options, menus and packages clearly and confidently.

• Conduct venue show-rounds and client/site visits across Chandigarh Tricity when required.

• Follow up leads professionally and work towards monthly booking and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate lead, quotation, follow-up and booking records using Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.

• Coordinate confirmed bookings with operations, kitchen and service teams for a smooth handover.

• Build positive client relationships and support guest experience at the venue.

Candidate profile:





• Graduate with positive spoken and written English and Hindi; Punjabi is an advantage.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in guest relations, hospitality, events, banquets, catering, front office or sales.

• Confident, presentable, outgoing and persuasive, with strong follow-up and closing ability.

• Comfortable using computers, MS Office/Google Workspace, email and WhatsApp Business.

• Willing to work from Sector 67, Mohali and attend local site visits.

• Immediate or early joining preferred.

Compensation:

• Fixed salary ₹22,000–₹30,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.

This is a target-oriented role for someone who enjoys meeting clients, building relationships and converting enquiries into successful events.
