Business Development Manager (BDM) – Textile Industry

Location: Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur

Experience: 3–6 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month (Based on Experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to grow our business in the textile and home furnishing industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and business development. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy building long-term business relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities and bring new clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with exporters, and corporate buyers.
- Identify potential customers through IndiaMART, alibaba, trade fairs, and other business channels.
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and close sales.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams for timely order execution.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to generate repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills:

- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Experience in Textile, Home Furnishing, Export, or Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred Candidate:Experience in Home Furnishing, Textile, Export, or Manufacturing Company.

Existing network of buyers, wholesalers, retailers, or exporters will be an added advantage.
