Job Opening: Customer Relationship Manager

We're Smart Money Investment Services — a Chandigarh-based wealth advisory firm helping families manage their investments for 17+ years. We're looking for a warm, confident Customer Relationship Manager to join our team.

What you'll do:

- Talk to clients over phone calls and handle their queries with confidence
- Manage client data using Google Sheets and Excel
- Use AI tools to work smarter and faster on daily tasks
- Coordinate with our team to keep client servicing smooth and on time
- Learn new tools, software, and compliance processes as we grow

What we're looking for:

- Very proficient in computers — fast and comfortable with daily use




- Hands-on experience with Google Sheets is a must
- Comfortable using AI tools, or eager to learn them
- Good communication skills and confidence talking to clients on calls
- B.Tech background preferred
- Prior experience in the financial sector is a plus, but not mandatory
- Ambitious and eager to learn new things — someone who wants to grow, not just work
- Quick learner who can pick up recent software and processes with ease
