- Manage and allocate manpower effectively across production processes.
- Supervise daily shop-floor activities and ensure smooth production flow.
- Achieve daily/weekly production targets as per production plans.
- Monitor worker productivity, attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for uninterrupted production.
- Monitor product quality and minimize rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Ensure proper handling and utilization of raw materials, tools, and machinery.
- Maintain shop-floor discipline, housekeeping, 5S, and safety standards.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain daily production, manpower, wastage, and downtime records.
- Train and guide workers on production processes, quality, and safety procedures.
- Report production performance and operational issues to the Production Manager.
