1. Wash, rinse, and sanitise kitchen utensils, mixing bowls, trays, tins, and baking equipment
2. Clean workstations, counters, sinks, and production surfaces
3. Sweep and mop floors; keep kitchen, storage, and wash areas tidy throughout the shift
4. Arrange and organise raw materials, packaging, and supplies so items are easy to find and used in the right order
5. Empty waste bins, segregate waste, and support basic hygiene and pest-control routines
6. Help receive deliveries and store items in the correct places (dry store / fridge / freezer)
7. Follow easy daily cleaning checklists and report any damage or shortage of cleaning supplies
