We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller – Sales Executive to handle incoming leads, speak with potential customers, explain our photography packages, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCall leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and other platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable maternity, newborn, baby, family and photoshoot packages.
- Explain packages, pricing, offers and shoot details clearly.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Create urgency and convert qualified leads into bookings.
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up records in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Coordinate with the photography team after booking confirmation.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Sales/telecalling experience preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets and computers.
