Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Real Estate Sales Mandatory

About the Role

Sumiram Sai Realtors is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, conducting property visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage leads through various sources.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
- Handle client queries and provide suitable property solutions.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure and documentation.
- Stay updated on property inventory, pricing, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience specifically in Real Estate Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Knowledge of the Noida real estate market will be an advantage.
