About the Role We are looking for an experienced and responsible Quality Executive to join our Quality Department at our printing and packaging manufacturing facility in IMT Manesar.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that raw materials, printing processes, finished products, and packaging materials meet the required quality standards and customer specifications.

- Key Responsibilities Inspect and monitor incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Conduct quality checks for printing and packaging products as per approved specifications and standards.
- Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements, company standards, and production specifications.
- Monitor printing-related parameters such as colour, shade, registration, print quality, coating/lamination, cutting, creasing, folding, pasting, etc.
- Identify and report quality defects, deviations, and non-conformities during production.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain proper quality inspection reports, check sheets, rejection reports, and other quality records.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring quality problems and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure proper handling of rejected, reworked, and approved materials.
- Support customer complaints by investigating quality issues and preparing corrective action reports.
- Conduct regular process and product audits.




- Ensure measuring and testing instruments are properly maintained and calibrated.
- Assist in maintaining and improving the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements within the production area.
- Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma/Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, Mechanical, Production, Quality, or a related field.
- 3–10 years of relevant experience in a printing, packaging, labels, cartons, flexible packaging, or related manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of printing and packaging quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Strong knowledge of defect identification, quality inspection, RCA, CAPA, and documentation.
- Good understanding of production processes and quality control techniques.
- Ability to read and understand customer specifications, drawings, artwork, and quality standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with production teams and handle quality issues independently.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- Offset / Flexographic / Rotogravure Printing
- Labels and cartons
- Flexible packaging
- Corrugated packaging
- Lamination and coating
- Die-cutting, creasing, folding and pasting
- In-process and final inspection
- Customer complaint handling
- QMS / ISO documentation
