Job Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

- Customers ko phone calls par product/service ki information dena.
- Inbound aur outbound calls handle karna.
- Customer queries aur complaints ko politely resolve karna.
- Potential customers ko company ke products/services ke baare mein explain karna.
- Daily calling targets achieve karna aur customer details maintain karna.
- Follow-up calls karna aur customer relationship maintain karna.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills hona chahiye.
- Hindi communication mandatory; basic English preferred.
- Freshers aur experienced candidates dono apply kar sakte hain.
- Positive attitude aur customer-handling skills honi chahiye.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
