Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle and HR operations.

• Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity and applicable labor laws.

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and SOPs.

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.

• Manage performance appraisal, employee engagement and retention activities.

• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce requirements.

• Prepare HR MIS and reports for management.

• Lead and guide the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations.
