Position: Sales Executive – Field Sales

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Nexa Elevator Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate current business opportunities and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales and lead-generation skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to build long-term client relationships. Experience in the elevator industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through site visits, references, and market surveys.
- Identify and approach builders, architects, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present suitable elevator solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with the Sales Manager.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders through regular and effective follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on competitor activities,



market trends, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with project and installation teams to ensure smooth execution after order confirmation.
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of field sales and lead generation.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Good presentation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.

Qualification

- BBA / BBM / B.Com / MBA (Marketing) / Any Graduate
- Freshers to Experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in the elevator industry will be an added advantage.

Requirements

- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore and nearby locations.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
