We are looking for a dynamic & hardworking Field Sales Executive

The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, travel-friendly and capable of developing business through regular field visits and client interaction.

Candidate Profile

Male candidate, preferably 25–35 years

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler and willing to travel extensively

Previous experience in field sales / business development

Experience in construction, construction chemicals, waterproofing, building materials or related industries will be highly preferred

Basic understanding of civil construction work, site conditions and civil drawings

Ability to communicate with contractors, builders, architects, engineers, industrial clients and site personnel

Valuable negotiation, follow-up and relationship-building skills

Energetic, hardworking and target-oriented

Should be dynamic, responsible and self-motivated





Willingness to work in the field and develop new business opportunities

Job Responsibilities

Generate new leads and business opportunities through field visits

Visit construction sites, industries, contractors, builders and other potential clients

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/solutions

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and consultants

Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into sales

Coordinate with technical/site teams whenever required

Prepare quotations, follow up on payments and maintain sales records

Achieve assigned sales and business development targets

Salary: 20.0k to 30.0k (As per experience & capability)
