We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Purchase Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction field.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and check BOQ and quantity calculations.
- Take quantities from drawings and project requirements.
- Prepare material requirement lists.
- Handle purchase of construction materials.
- Collect and compare supplier quotations and prices.
- Coordinate with suppliers for rates, availability, and delivery.
- Follow up on material orders and deliveries.
- Coordinate with the site team regarding material requirements.
- Maintain records of BOQ, quotations, purchases, and costs.
- Assist with estimation, costing, and rate comparison.
- Handle day-to-day QS and purchase-related activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Positive knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, and calculations.
- Basic understanding of construction materials and drawings.
- Experience in purchase/procurement is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
