- ? Role & ResponsibilitiesSupervision and maintenance of Crusher Plant / CDE Plant / Washing Plant / Stone Crusher Plant
- Handle preventive & breakdown maintenance of plant machinery
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical items
- Monitor plant operations and work on efficiency improvement
- Lead the maintenance team while also being actively involved in hands-on work (not just supervision)
- Candidate must be ready to work on the ground with machines and equipment whenever required
- ? Candidate RequirementsDiploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 1-2 years’ experience in Crusher / Washing / CDE Plant operations is mandatory
- Solid technical knowledge of conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and spares
- Practical, problem-solving mindset and willingness to work alongside the team
