- Installation and commissioning of laser cutting machines (Fiber/CO₂).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Handle breakdown calls and provide timely resolution at customer sites.
- Calibration and alignment of laser optics and components.
- Maintain service reports and documentation for each visit.
- Provide training and technical support to customers/operators.
- Coordinate with production and design teams for technical improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
