JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and qualify potential leads through outbound calling.

* Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.

* Explain the company's products/services and generate interest.

* Schedule demos or appointments for the sales team.

* Follow up with potential leads and maintain accurate records.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.

* Update lead details and daily activity reports.

Requirements

* Valuable communication and convincing skills.

* Lead Generation / Telecalling / Sales experience preferred.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Basic computer and internet knowledge.

* Must have a personal laptop/desktop and stable internet connection.

* Ability to work independently from home.
