About the RoleWe are looking for a full-time Video Editor who can create engaging short-form videos, Reels, YouTube content, and promotional videos for our brand and social media channels.

The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, video storytelling, captions, transitions, music, and social-media trends.

- Key ResponsibilitiesEdit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
- Edit talking-head videos, educational content, promotional videos, and advertisements.
- Add captions, subtitles, graphics, transitions, sound effects, music, and B-roll.
- Create engaging video hooks and maintain viewer attention.
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form clips.
- Maintain consistent editing style and brand guidelines.
- Complete assigned videos within agreed deadlines.
- Organize and manage video files and project assets.
- Stay updated with current Instagram and YouTube editing trends.
- Coordinate with the content and marketing team to understand video requirements.
- Make revisions based on feedback.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of CapCut / Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro or similar editing software.
- Understanding of Reels and Shorts editing.




- Good sense of pacing, cuts, music, captions, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create clean and professional subtitles.
- Basic understanding of sound design and color correction.
- Ability to work quickly and meet daily deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and improve.

ExperienceFreshers can apply if they have strong editing skills and a good portfolio.

Experience in editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, educational content, or business/marketing videos will be an advantage.

Work ExpectationsThis is a full-time position. The selected candidate will be expected to work consistently on video editing assignments and deliver content according to the team's production schedule.

Performance will be evaluated based on:

- Quality of editing
- Number of videos completed
- Turnaround time
- Ability to follow instructions
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Consistency and reliability

Salary₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month fixed, depending on editing skills, experience, portfolio, and interview performance.
