Job OverviewWe are looking for a target-driven and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team at Bizmet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential sellers and brands, pitching our e-commerce services, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and a passion for building business relationships.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and connect with potential sellers, brands, and business clients.
- Understand client requirements and effectively explain Bizmet’s e-commerce services and solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Conduct sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients.
- Convert qualified leads into clients and successfully close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business development goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



conversations, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
- RequirementsExcellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented setting.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and lead management.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and maintain professional client relationships.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
