- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
- Lead, train, and monitor warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of inventory to prevent damage or loss.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor warehouse equipment and arrange maintenance when required.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and warehouse operating procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse performance, inventory, and productivity.
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and work schedules.
