Work will be case-by-case, not a full time office job.
Main work includes:
- Property document verification
- Title/ownership check
- Registry and revenue record review
- Mortgage/encumbrance check
- Legal risk identification
- Written legal opinion/report
Mandatory: LLB degree and valid State Bar Council enrollment.
Property/title verification experience preferred.
