Job SummaryThe Stock Manager will be responsible for managing the company's inventory, ensuring accurate stock records, smooth stock movement, proper storage, and timely availability of products for retail and operational requirements.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily inward and outward stock operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory software.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconciliation.
- Identify and report stock shortages, excesses, damages, and discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, arrangement, and handling of products.
- Coordinate with retail stores, warehouse, sales, and management teams.
- Maintain records of stock transfers, returns, dispatches, and receipts.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Supervise stock-handling staff and ensure proper work allocation.
- Ensure products are stored safely and systematically.
- Support stock audits and resolve inventory-related discrepancies.
- Follow company policies and procedures for inventory management.
- RequirementsPrevious experience in stock, inventory, or warehouse management preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory control and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Positive communication and team-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
