Daily Operations → Manage overall pharmacy workflow.

Sales → Monitor billing, sales targets & customer service.

Purchase → Check requirements, orders & suppliers.

Inventory → Control stock, expiry, shortage & FEFO.

Staff → Manage attendance, duties & performance.

MARG ERP → Monitor billing, purchase, stock & reports.

Compliance → Ensure pharmacy rules & records are maintained.

Cash/Credit → Check collections, credit sales & dues.

Reporting → Submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.

Profitability → Control wastage, discounts & improve margins.
