- Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in the restaurant.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the optimal performance of all equipment.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Assistant Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Support the management of spare parts inventory to ensure availability when needed.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations during maintenance activities.
- Assist in energy-saving initiatives and other sustainability measures.
- Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities as required.
