About the Role:

InventionDM is looking for an energetic and communication-driven professional to handle digital marketing, email outreach, and client communication. We offer flexible work models: Hybrid (4 Days On-site / 1 Day WFH) at our Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad workspace, or Fully Remote (Work from Home) for experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute digital outreach strategies via Email Marketing, LinkedIn, and skilled messaging channels.
- Assist in managing Meta/Google ad campaigns and creating digital marketing content.
- Handle inbound client queries, nurture leads, and assist in closing partnerships.
- Note: This role involves zero cold calling.

Requirements & Skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media management, or sales outreach.
- Work Setup Preference: Comfortable with either a Hybrid model (4 days office / 1 day WFH in Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad) OR a 100% Fully Remote work model.
- Candidates must have their own laptop for day-to-day operations (office system backup available on-site).
