You should be confident in:

- ? Handling inbound & outbound student enquiries
- ? Counselling students for Digital Marketing, AI & Performance Marketing courses
- ? Understanding a student's career goals and recommending the right program
- ? Building trust and effectively communicating course value
- ? Following up with leads and maintaining accurate counselling remarks
- ? Converting qualified leads into admissions
- ? Explaining course structure, fees, benefits, career opportunities & placement support
- ? Managing follow-ups professionally without being pushy
