*Salary:* ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month + performance incentive

*Responsibilities:*

- Make outbound calls to generate leads for home insurance, vehicle loans, and home loans

- Explain product perks and eligibility to potential customers

- Collect customer documents and coordinate with sales/processing team

- Maintain daily call reports, follow-ups and update CRM

- Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets

- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries

*Requirements:*

- 12th pass or Graduate in any stream

- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi

- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge

- Target-driven, confident, and good convincing skills
