Job RoleHumein ek aisa smart aur tech-savvy person chahiye jo company mein naye software systems ko implement kar sake aur ensure kare ki employees unka properly use karein.

Candidate ko HRMS, Pre-Sales CRM, Post-Sales CRM, Project Management aur other business software ki implementation, setup aur day-to-day management ki responsibility di jayegi.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCompany ki requirements ko samajhna aur uske according software implement karna.
- HRMS mein employee data, attendance, leave, payroll aur other HR processes ko properly set up karna.
- Pre-Sales CRM mein leads, follow-ups, site visits, bookings aur sales pipeline ko manage karna.
- Post-Sales CRM mein customer communication, documentation, payment follow-ups, possession aur complaint management ko system mein implement karna.
- Software company/vendor ke saath coordination karke configuration, customisation aur troubleshooting karwana.
- Different departments ke employees ko software ka training aur practical guidance dena.
- Ensure karna ki employees software mein required data time par aur accurately update karein.
- Existing manual processes ko identify karke unko software-based system mein convert karna.
- Management ke liye reports, dashboards aur MIS requirements ko develop/coordinate karna.




- Software mein aane wali problems ko identify karna aur vendor ke saath coordinate karke solve karna.
- Different software ke beech data integration aur process flow ko manage karna.
- Company ke naye requirements ke according software mein naye features/processes implement karwana.
- Regularly check karna ki software ka proper utilisation ho raha hai ya nahi.
- Management ko software performance aur implementation progress ki regular reporting dena.
- Candidate ProfileCandidate technology-friendly aur quick learner hona chahiye.
- HRMS / CRM / ERP software ka practical knowledge hona preferred hai.
- Basic understanding of HR, Sales, CRM aur business processes honi chahiye.
- Software vendors ke saath effectively coordinate karne ki ability honi chahiye.
- Employees ko software samjhaane aur training dene ki capability honi chahiye.
- Excel / Google Sheets ka good knowledge hona chahiye.
- Problem-solving aur process-improvement mindset hona chahiye.
- Candidate ko sirf software chalana nahi, balki business ki requirement samajhkar software ko uske according implement karna aana chahiye.
- Valuable communication aur coordination skills honi chahiye.

Ideal CandidateHumein aisa candidate chahiye jo "software operator" nahi, balki "software implementation person" ho — jo company ke different departments ki requirements samjhe, software vendor ke saath coordinate kare, system ko properly configure karwaye aur ensure kare ki poori team software ko effectively use kare.

Experience in Real Estate / Construction Industry will be an added advantage.
