About the Role - ARC Technologies and Institutions is looking for a Legal Advisor to provide legal guidance and support across our IT, EdTech, training, employment, and commercial operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, MoUs, employment and service agreements.
- Provide legal advice on IT, EdTech, employment, consumer, and commercial matters.
- Review student, employee, vendor, and client-related agreements and policies.
- Support data privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, and coordination with external advocates.
- Identify legal risks and recommend practical solutions.
- Maintain legal documentation and compliance records.
- RequirementsLL.B. / B.L.



from a recognized university.
- 2–5 years of relevant legal experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian contract, corporate, IT, employment, and consumer laws.
- Excellent drafting, communication, negotiation, and legal research skills.
- Experience in IT, EdTech, Education, or Startups will be an advantage.
