Job Description – Resident Engineer / IT Support Technician

We are looking for a Computer, Desktop and Printer Support Engineer/Technician for a Government Office in Chennai.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide support for computers, desktops, laptops and printers.
- Check and fix hardware and software problems.
- Install Windows, software, printers and other devices.
- Solve basic network and connectivity problems.
- Do regular checking and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Maintain service and complaint records.
- Attend user complaints and resolve issues on time.
- Provide daily technical support at the Government Office.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in computer, desktop and printer support.
- Valuable knowledge of computer hardware, Windows and printers.
- Basic English is required.
- Candidate should know a little Hindi.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Candidate must be ready to work as a Resident Engineer in Chennai.
- Job Duration: 2 Years.
