About the Role
Are you someone who can turn a lead into a customer?
We for a driven, target-oriented Inside Sales Executive who loves talking to people, understands customer needs, handles objections confidently, and knows how to close deals.
This is a pure sales role — your focus is simple: connect, convince, convert and generate revenue.
There is no customer support/service responsibility in this role.
What You'll Do
- Connect with potential customers through calls and pitch Speedioo's offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant solutions.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead → follow-up → negotiation → closure.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maximise conversion opportunities.
- Handle customer objections and turn hesitation into opportunities.
- Maintain accurate call, follow-up and sales records in the CRM.
- Continuously improve your product knowledge and sales pitch.
- Build strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.
What We're Looking For
- Fresher or Minimum 1 year of Inside Sales experience.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong objection-handling and closing ability.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Self-motivated, energetic and persistent approach.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools.
- A genuine sales mindset — you enjoy converting conversations into business.

Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
