Study and analyze existing assembly processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard cycle times.

Balance assembly lines to improve productivity and reduce bottlenecks.

Design and improve workstation layouts for better ergonomics and efficiency.

Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Monitor manpower utilization and recommend improvements.

Implement Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Line Balancing, and Waste Reduction.

Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, and Stores departments to ensure smooth production.

Reduce production costs through process optimization and continuous improvement.

Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions.

Support new product introduction (NPI) by designing efficient assembly processes.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.

Train assembly operators on recent methods and process improvements.
