Neelachal Leasing & Finance, Bhubaneswar, is looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead our Housing Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) business.

Position: Manager / Senior Manager – Housing Loans & LAP

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Location: Bhubaneswar

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Housing Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP)

• Prior experience with a Bank, NBFC or DSA is mandatory

• Proven experience in leading and managing a team

• Solid understanding of loan sourcing, customer acquisition, documentation, credit appraisal processes and disbursements

• Ability to build and manage relationships with customers, channel partners and financial institutions





• Strong business development and team management skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
