*Supervise and manage day-to-day activities on the factory/production floor.

*Coordinate with carpenters, workers, supervisors, and other staff.

*Monitor daily production work and ensure timely completion.

*Allocate work to workers based on project requirements and priorities.

*Check the quality and accuracy of finished work.

*Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling of materials.

*Coordinate with the site team regarding production and dispatch requirements.

*Maintain daily production and worker attendance records.

*Identify production issues and coordinate with management for solutions.

*Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline on the factory floor.

*Follow up on pending work and provide daily progress updates to management.

*Ensure work is completed according to drawings, measurements, and specifications.
