Customer Relationship Executive – B2B

Job Type: Full-Time | Experience: 1–2 Years | Industry: Packaged Drinking Water / Beverage / B2B

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage B2B customers on a large scale, build robust relationships, handle orders and payments, resolve customer issues, and support business growth.

- Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, stores, offices, hotels, restaurants, and corporate clients.
- Regularly call and follow up with existing customers for orders and business requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, delivery coordination, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales/dispatch team to ensure fast and timely delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer data, order records, and payment status.
- Identify opportunities for repeat orders, upselling, and increasing sales.
- Support the sales team with lead follow-ups, quotations, negotiation, and order closing.




- Collect customer feedback and market information.
- Achieve assigned customer retention and sales targets.
- Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in Customer Relationship, B2B Sales, Customer Service, FMCG, Beverage, or Wholesale Sales preferred.
- Excellent communication, listening, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of packaged drinking water/beverage products is an advantage.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic computer applications.
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings when required.
- Own bike is preferred.
