Role: Instructional Designer
Location of Requirement: Mumbai
Experience Required: 6+ Years

Desired Competencies
Must-Have
• Graduate or Post Graduate
• Experience of 6+ years or more in Instructional Designing/eLearning
• Well versed with storyboarding from raw content
• Well versed with Captivate 2019 and Articulate Storyline
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and HTML
Valuable-to-Have
• Exposure to Corporate Work Environment
• Experience in working in a team and interacting with clients content teams

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
• Serve as a member of eLearning and blended-learning project teams, collaborating with the team in the analysis of user needs, audience, tasks, learning context,



and UX leading to the development of a final product concept.
• Create storyboards using unprocessed material.
• Guide the development of learning goals and objectives for eLearning courses in collaboration with SME and approve final learning goals and objectives.

o learning goals = broad, big picture learning outcomes
o learning objectives = specific and measurable attitudes, knowledge, and skills
• Design all eLearning course instructional design maps choreograph modules and lesson flows using a variety of instructional strategies designed to create engaging and inspiring elearning experiences that enhance retention and
