We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on software development experience to take ownership of technical projects and contribute to building scalable, reliable, and high-performing SaaS products. This role is suited for a strong problem solver who can work independently, make data-driven decisions, and translate product requirements into robust technical solutions.
You will work closely with technical and product leadership, take ownership of key modules, mentor junior engineers, and contribute across the complete software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Drive software development projects independently from requirement analysis through delivery and production support.
Understand product requirements and design effective short-term and scalable long-term technical solutions.
Develop robust backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.




Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
Work with MySQL, Redis, Kafka, and Amazon SQS for data management, caching, messaging, and asynchronous processing.
Prepare high-level and low-level design documents, technical specifications, task breakdowns, and effort estimates.
Present technical approaches and project plans to technical and business stakeholders.
Build reliable integrations with external service providers using appropriate retry mechanisms, rate limiting, and failure-handling strategies.
Debug production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and scalability.
Review code, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers.
