We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager Trust Service Officer
In this role, you will:
Perform the daily operation tasks for Schedule, End-to-end Bookkeeping, Financial statement preparations, Quality Check on the data quality perform by the junior staff.
Act as the subject matter expert (Individual Contributor) in certain work queues / processes by resolving the team's queries / referred issues,



providing advice on cases handling, and providing input / assistance from the technical perspective in team's projects / streamlining initiatives.
Assist in reviewing and updating the procedures, work processes and product knowledge with minimal guidance.
Assist in analyzing and recommending quality / productivity control measures to improve the quality / productivity of the process.
Reassessing the operational risks inherent in the business and implementing changes, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of recent technology.
Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators, accompanied by the appropriate internal control standards relevant to the r
