Influencer Payments
Role
Plays a critical hands‑on role in ensuring smooth operational execution across influencer programs. This entry‑level position supports the end‑to‑end processes that allow creator partnerships to run efficiently including vendor onboarding and invoice tracking.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, process‑obsessed, and excited by the intersection of creators, marketing, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Intake & Operational Administration
Coordinate the full vendor onboarding workflow for influencers, agents, and creator partners (intake forms, W‑9s, NDAs, banking details, compliance documents).
Maintain accurate partner information across internal systems and trackers.
Flag missing information and proactively follow up with creators or agents to avoid delays.
Support Business Affairs with routing agreements and gathering required documentation.
Invoice Management & Financial Tracking
Collect, review,
and validate incoming creator invoices to ensure accuracy against agreed‑upon scopes, fees, and deliverables.
Track invoice status and follow up with Accounts Payable on timing, discrepancies, or blockers.
Maintain invoice logs, payment trackers, and budget sheets to support transparent program management.
Notify internal teams of risks related to delayed payments or documentation gaps.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Accounts Payable, Influencer Managers, Influencer Team Leads.
Qualifications
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage many details simultaneously.
Comfort navigating spreadsheets, trackers, and administrative workflows.
Excellent written communication and a problem‑solving mindset.
High level of professionalism when interacting with internal teams.
