1)Conduct and supervise outdoor adventure activities safely and professionally for guests.
2)Brief guests on activity procedures, safety guidelines, and equipment usage.
3) Ensure proper fitting, inspection, and secure handling of all adventure equipment.
4) Monitor guests throughout activities and provide guidance and encouragement.
5) Maintain strict safety standards and respond appropriately to emergencies.
6) Ensure activity areas and equipment are clean, secure, and ready for use.
7)Deliver an engaging and memorable guest experience.
8) Maintain activity records and report incidents or equipment issues to the supervisor.
Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Adventure Sports, Physical Education, Hotel Management, or a related field. Freshers with a strong interest in adventure activities may also apply.
Preferred: Basic first-aid knowledge, good communication skills, physical fitness, and a safety-focused attitude.
