Robust financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Proficiency with EPM,CPM tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, OneStream, Hyperion) and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) will be an added advantage
Advanced Excel; comfort working with large data sets and automation tools (e.g., Power Query, Python, SQL a plus) will be an added advantage What are we looking for?
16 -20 years of progressive finance experience, with significant time in FP&A; or finance business partnering
Demonstrated experience leading or playing a senior role in a finance transformation, ERP,EPM implementation, or large-scale process improvement initiative
Experience in a complex, multi-entity, or multinational environment preferred
