We’re Hiring: Copywriter Intern - Remote (Sixteen Dreams)

At Sixteen Dreams, we’re looking for a sharp, creative, and motivated Copywriter Intern to help us craft high-converting campaigns and engaging content. If you have a passion for storytelling, writing punchy ad copy, and bringing fresh ideas to the table, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

High-Converting Copy: Write compelling copy for Meta/Google Ads, marketing ads, landing pages, email campaigns, social campaigns, and retention marketing.

Content Conceptualization: Develop creative concepts and write engaging scripts for Reels, UGC, and short-form video ads.

Creative Strategy & Ideation: Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions to build a continuous pipeline of winning concepts.

Customer & Conversion Thinking: Understand the customer’s POV, pain points, motivations, and buying behavior to create conversion-focused and sales-driven copy. Experiment with different hooks, angles,



and messaging, and iterate based on performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with design, creative, and performance marketing teams to bring visual concepts to life.

Requirements:

Excellent written language skills with robust attention to grammar and detail.

Understanding of modern social media trends, short-form video formats, and digital marketing basics.

Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging, audience-friendly messaging.

High motivation and strong work ethic.

Tech Setup: Must have your own laptop to manage day-to-day writing and campaign coordination.

Stipend, Performance Incentives & Career Growth:

Compensation: Fixed monthly stipend + performance-based incentives based on performance, campaign results and execution.
