About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Social Media & Brand Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of social media for consumer-facing brands.
This is not a role limited to preparing calendars, writing captions, coordinating with designers or publishing posts.
We are looking for someone who understands business priorities, consumers and communication challenges and can translate them into strong social media strategy, content,



campaigns and customer conversations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Develop and own monthly, quarterly and campaign-level social media strategies.
· Translate business priorities into communication and content strategies.
· Build content pillars and define the role of each social platform.
· Own monthly content calendars from ideation through final approval.
· Develop ideas across Reels, videos, carousels, Stories, memes, UGC, campaigns, topical content and brand/offer communication.
· Write and/or guide captions, hooks, scripts, headlines, CTAs, ad copy and customer responses.
· Provide clear creative briefs and guide designers on visual direction, hierarchy and storytelling.
· Act as the brand guardian, ensuring brand guidelines, messaging, offers, dates, pricing and other business information are accurate.
