We are looking for a Program Manager – Lending Growth & Funnel to own and improve the lending growth engine across Data, Sales, Credit, Operations, and Business.

About the Role
The core mandate is simple:
Find where the lending funnel is leaking, understand why, and work with the business to fix it.
You will analyse the complete lending funnel — Lead → Contact → Qualified → Login → Credit → Sanction → Disbursal — identify bottlenecks, quantify opportunities, and drive initiatives that improve conversions and lending growth.
This is not a reporting role. You will be expected to identify problems, build solutions, execute them, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities1.



Own the Lending Funnel
Track conversion across every stage of the lending funnel.
Identify leakage, bottlenecks, and lead ageing.
Analyse performance by salesperson, geography, product, lender, segment, and lead source.
Identify lead and sales capacity requirements.
2. Identify & Solve Business Gaps
Diagnose why lending targets are not being achieved.
Identify gaps across lead quality, sales productivity, credit, operations, and lender performance.
Conduct root-cause analysis and quantify business impact.
Drive corrective actions with relevant teams.
3. Data & Analytics
Build dashboards and analysis for lending performance.
Monitor contact, qualification, login, approval, sanction, disbursal, TAT, and conversion rates.
Identify trends and opportunities from large datasets.
Use Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, BI tools, or similar analytics tools.
