Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective buyers through site visits, walk-ins, and scheduled appointments, presenting the features, amenities,



and value proposition of Nexon Travenza’s luxury villas. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing leads, conducting property tours, explaining pricing and payment plans, addressing customer queries, and guiding clients through the booking and documentation process. The role also involves coordinating with marketing teams to follow up on inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records in CRM systems, and supporting events or promotional activities at the project site. The Sales Executive is expected to build long-term client relationships, meet sales targets, and represent NEXON BUILDERS INDIA with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in residential or luxury real estate preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain project details clearly to diverse clients.
