Role Description The Agri Drone Pilot role is a full-time, on-site position based in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Agri Drone Pilot will operate agricultural drones for spraying, mapping, and monitoring crops, following safety protocols and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include pre-flight inspections, flight planning,



executing missions, maintaining flight logs, and basic drone maintenance and troubleshooting. The role involves coordinating with field staff and farmers, ensuring accurate coverage, and optimizing drone operations for different crop and terrain conditions. The Agri Drone Pilot will also support training sessions, demonstrate drone operations, and provide feedback to the technical team to improve equipment performance and field workflows.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Drone Piloting and Piloting skills, with hands-on experience operating multi-rotor or fixed-wing agricultural drones.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Drones and UAV systems, including basic hardware components, battery management, and flight control software.
Candidates should possess the ability to provide Training on safe drone operations, field procedures, and best practices to teammates and end users
