Job Description

The purpose of this position is to lead Process Engineering activities for the miming projects (Copper Concentrator and Gold processing plants)

Apply knowledge of engineering principles and practices in all areas of assignments
Assist others on engineering problems and methods
Use advanced techniques, precepts and practices of the relevant field of process work
Represent Process Technology in meetings and conferences related to the execution of the Company’s projects
Contribute to planning and coordinating work
May supervise others and/or be responsible for training of junior engineers/specialists
Other duties as assigned

Basic Job Requirements





Bachelor's in Engineering with 10+ Years of Relevant Design Experience in Mining Industry
Experience with EPCM company is a must
Experience with primary crushers, secondary crushers, tertiary crushers, SAG mills, AG mills, Ball Mills, hydro cyclones, Vertical Mills and Stirred mills., HPGR
Experience with rougher- scavenger flotation circuits, cleaner flotation circuits, tails thickening, concentrate thickening and concentrate filtration circuits;
Gold processing plants: Carbon in Leach (CIL), Carbon in Pulp (CIP), gravity concentration, cyanide destruction etc.
Reagents preparation and distribution
Develop and review Process Design Basis (PDB) and Design Philosophy documents.
Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Utility Flow Diagrams (UFDs).
Develop and review Heat & Material Balances (HMBs).
Define operating cases, turndown, start-up, shutdown, and upset scenarios.
