Role Description The Ecommerce Ads Specialist – Amazon will manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns to drive sales, visibility, and return on ad spend for client products. This full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division includes responsibilities such as setting up and monitoring Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns, performing keyword research,



and analyzing performance metrics. The specialist will regularly adjust bids, budgets, and targeting strategies, create and refine product listings, and collaborate with internal teams to align ads with broader e-commerce and marketing goals. Daily tasks also involve generating performance reports, identifying growth opportunities, troubleshooting campaign issues, and providing clear, timely communication to internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data, optimize bids and budgets, and draw actionable insights.
E-commerce expertise, especially in Amazon marketplace operations, product listing optimization, and understanding of online buyer behavior.
Sales-oriented mindset with experience in driving conversions, improving product visibility, and meeting revenue and ROI targets.
