What We're Looking For

1-5 years of experience in BPΟ/ΚΡΟ/International customer service

Experience handling US/UK customers preferred and Minimum 10+2/ Graduate holders.

International Voice or Blended Process experience preferred

Candidates with strong communication and customer-handling skills

Exposure to US Healthcare / US Insurance /Insurance Verification will be an added advantage

Candidates who are comfortable working in a pure night-shift environment

Work Details

Location: Kolkata, Hyderabad, Vizag and Shillong (Work from Office)

Shift: Flexibility to work in night shifts (primarily 9 Hours Shift)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

4 Week-offs: Fixed Saturday & Sunday





Candidates must be comfortable working extended hours during peak/Blizzard weeks (Upto 12 Hours)

Prefered Joining: Immediate joiner /Max 1 month

Notice Period

17 Joining Starts: September 2026 onwards.
