About the Role
Talentiva Workforce is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify, attract, and close qualified IT professionals for various client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT staffing requirements.
Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and conduct initial screening based on job requirements.
Conduct candidate interviews and assess technical and communication skills.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.




Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements.
Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure successful closures.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Meet individual recruitment targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
Robust knowledge of the US recruitment process and hiring practices.
Hands-on experience with US IT job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong candidate screening, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Strong understanding of different IT roles, technologies, and job requirements.
Comfortable working in a night-shift environment aligned with US business hours.
