The Role
We are looking for a Product Analyst focused on Content Operations who will own the journey of content from our internal library to the live BabyBillion app.
Every video a child sees passes through the systems you will manage. You will ensure content is correctly uploaded, tagged, organized and visible inside the app while also helping us improve the CMS and backend workflows behind it.
This is not a basic content-uploading role. It combines content operations, product thinking, CMS ownership, quality assurance and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Manage content uploading and publishing through BabyBillion’s CMS.
Maintain accurate titles, thumbnails, categories, languages, age groups, tags and descriptions.
Map videos to the correct playlists,



collections and homepage sections.
Track content from Approved → Uploaded → Tagged → Live → Verified.
Regularly audit the app for broken videos, duplicates, incorrect tags and display issues.
Ensure CMS information accurately matches what users see inside the app.
Identify CMS problems and convert them into clear requirements for Product and Engineering.
Test new CMS features and help improve backend workflows.
Maintain content trackers, publishing calendars and library databases.
Analyse performance across videos, categories and playlists.
Identify content gaps and videos receiving low visibility because of incorrect placement.
Build processes and automation that make content operations faster and more accurate.

Who Should Apply
1–4 years of experience in Product Operations, Content Operations, CMS Management, Catalog Operations or a similar role.
